Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below and will be legally bound to them.

1. General Terms

  • Please write in a clear and courteous manner.

  • I would like to keep artist-client relationships professional.

  • Provide a good visual reference. Either a unshaded reference sheet, with colour picker or an other picture, where the original colour can be taken from.

  • I accept description references, yet describe as detailed as possible, as an unclear description can lead to wrong outcomes.

  • Please respect me, so I can respect you too. If you become rude or disrespectful I will decline the commission.

  • Please do not message me all the time about your commission status. I have to work a normal office job during the week.

2. Payment

  • All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.

  • I work with PAYPAL only (friends and family to cover transaction fees+ hinder scam-commisioners to take back money after recieved artwork)

3. Process

  • I will not make a direct deadline, but my commissions should not normally exceed over 3 months (exceptions could be health, order of commission, complexity, work or family issues)

  • When the work has started I will send the commissioner a sketch. this is the first sketch, that will be the overall idea of how the artwork shall be

  • If nothing to change, I will send a last sketch to you, before starting with lineart. This is the last option to demand a change, beyond this point you will have to pay more for additional changes.

  • After some time I will send you again a WIP (work in progress) flatcolour art.

  • After this point I will not make any changes anymore as I will not shade pictures twice

4. Copyright / Usage Policy

The artist, me, will hold every right to the produced artwork, not the client unless a commercial license is sought.

I have the right to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself

  • Post it to my gallery (if you don't want that piece posted, please make it sure beforehand)

The commissioner is allowed to:

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

  • Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork for commercial use (NFTs included)

  • Taking credit of the creation of the artwork

  • Removing or altering watermarks/signatures

  • Altering the artwork without the artists consent

5. Canceling / Refunding Policy

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time (this might happen if the client becomes hostile towards the artist in any way)

  • If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

  • The client may not request a refund after a certain process on the picture has been done already

  • Refunds during the sketch phase will be treated as sketch commission with the remainder refunded

  • Refund amount is solely my discretion

  • If the commissioner is abandoning the commission then there will be no refunds given -> I will call a commission abandoned if the client is not responding to me in a timely manner (about 20 days, unless stated why they might not responding for longer, then it will simply set to hold)

  • If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

  • + You will forbidden to ever commission me, ever again.

  • + Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.

  • + I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Heyo, nice to meet you here at my website.My name is Patrick, however I am mostly known as Hunam in the internet. It's also the name of my beloved Sona, who is a eastern Dragon.

But now a little bit about me:
Like I said, I am Hunam. Currently 23 years of age and living in Germany (Bavaria). Born in the cold months of the year, I yet prefer the warmth of the sun in summer or a warm blanket in winter.
Even tho I am an artist, this is just a hobby and sidejob of mine. Mainly I am working as a technical systems planner in the SET sector, which mostly consumes the time of the week.

My hobbies and interests are plenty and very different from each other most of the time. There's barely anything I do not like myself informing more about. However this also often leads to having too many thoughts in my head at the same time, causing me to become overwhelmed from time to time.

Nonetheless my main hobbies are more artistic. I love drawing since I can hold a pen correctly and have the ability to bring my thought onto paper. In the last years however I changed from traditional drawing to digital. This brought quite a few benefits like having more options to draw shapes multiple times, without scratching holes into the paper when using the eraser, but also made me learn the whole drawing process anew.
Aside from directly drawing, I also had a lot of fun building and painting miniatures (mostly Warhammer 40K). This sideaspect of the main hobby I want to do more often again in the future and maybe also offer some options to paint a few figurines for others if they need help.
While drawing for hours and being fixated on my art, I like to hear music of course. This music can range from classical music pieces to trance inducing bass and house. Whatever I like to hear to while doing my hobbies and work.
